Student Legal Forms was founded by Devin Schain. Devin also founded of On Campus Marketing (OCM) in 1992 to make shopping for college dorm essentials easier and more affordable while also raising funds for vital campus services. He started and sold several other education support companies including Campus MD/Access Health Group, Campus Direct and Educational Direct. Devin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is married with three awesome kids and lives in greater DC.

Jennifer is a veteran marketing leader of global brands including Discovery Communications, National Geographic, Turner Broadcasting, Comcast, and Gartner. An active volunteer, Jennifer co-founded the Dress for Success Chapter in Philadelphia and has held numerous board positions including the Michigan State Alumni Association, Girls on the Run, and Women in Cable. She also mentors students and new college graduates. She is a graduate of Michigan State and lives with her husband and two insanely active young boys in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
